Recent years have seen an unprecedented tourist advancement and a huge increase in international transport rates which resulted in the environmental decay of many regions of Europe.

Partners
"Environmental Tourism – Alternative Ways", Comenius Regio consists of two main partner regions, Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Crete, acting as a coordinator for the project and the Pilsen Region.
Meetings
Six (6) core group meetings, comprising representatives from the main regional partners and the associated partners in each region, will take place three times per year in alternating venues both to Crete and Pilsen region.

HORVÁTH & DUBECZ Consulting Ltd., founded in 1998, is a provider company working mainly in the field of public education: http://www.horvathesdubecz.hu Services of the company are focusing on training courses, human consultancy and expert activities: preparation and revision of school action plans, strategic planning, assessment of teaching staff and of management staff, assessment of institutional effectiveness, coaching, individual and team supervision, CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training courses for teaching and management staff. HORVÁTH & DUBECZ is an enterprise working with 5 employees besides the director and 30 experts who are trainers, coaches and/or supervisors.
The educational objectives of our CPD training courses include tackling pupils’ individual needs and through this, handling and helping students with unfavourable background and motivate those who are vulnerable and have high chances for leaving the school system without any certificate. During the last three years, the company H & D has contributed to a Hungarian national project (15 schools participating from all over Hungary) which aimed at bringing those children back to school who left it at around the age of 16. As we ourselves, trainers and managers at the company are highly concerned with ESL in Hungary and Europe-wide, we are eager to learn from Project Partners’ expertise and experiences and carry out a project together in this topic.
It will coordinate WP2, dedicated to the quality.
Expertise relevant to the project tasks:
- expertise in ESL and preventive educational measures
- expertise in quality assurance in order to ensure feedback for content and technical adjustment
- networking experience with international organisations and with national stakeholders in education, and with education journals in order to carry out dissemination and exploitation
Project Team
The project team of "Environmental Tourism – Alternative Ways", Comenius-Regio is a team whose members belong to all associated partners of each region and their functions are assigned to corresponding activities of the project.
