Recent years have seen an unprecedented tourist advancement and a huge increase in international transport rates which resulted in the environmental decay of many regions of Europe.

Partners
"Environmental Tourism – Alternative Ways", Comenius Regio consists of two main partner regions, Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Crete, acting as a coordinator for the project and the Pilsen Region.
Meetings
Six (6) core group meetings, comprising representatives from the main regional partners and the associated partners in each region, will take place three times per year in alternating venues both to Crete and Pilsen region.

09.00: Departure from the hotel to Šumava Mountains
11.00: Visit of the National Park Šumava - hydroelectric power stations Čeňkova Pila and Vydra
12.00: Visiting of Rokyta - a geological exposition
13.00: Navigation channel of Vchynice
13.30: Visiting of Modrava (a village), meeting with the mayor of Modrava
14.00: Visiting “Dřevák” – a wood processing centre in Modrava, workshop
16.00: Afternoon conference meeting attended by guests from partner organisations and local administration

10.00: Visit of the National Park Šumava – environmental seminar and forest pedagogy lecture, workshops
Saturday 16 November 2013
10.00: Departure from the hotel to the Lüftnerka Farm 10.30: Conference at Lüftnerka
11.00: Visiting of the ZOO Pilsen
12.00: Coffee break
13.00: Transfer to the hotel
14.00: Departure from Pilsen to Prague
15.30: Arrival at Prague, accommodation, free time
